Granny Mo's Tea Room Menu
Granny Mo's menu is constantly being changed to cater for the ever changing needs of the local community and the many thousands of annual visitors to the wharf.
Granny Mo is an excellent cook after spending many years in the catering trade. The fare is traditional and the portions are generous. Infact, this is perhaps the reason why the local moorhens, ducks and swans are amongst the fattest on the canal!
Granny Mo offers a varied menu with daily changing lunchtime specials. Sandwiches and baguettes are made to order, with fresh local produce, so please be patient as Granny flies around the kitchen dishing up a feast to behold.
There is a wide selection of homemade cakes including a very special Victorian sponge, made with Granny Mo's very own special cream, Granny Mo's buns or perhaps a muffin, seasonal fancies, toasted tea cakes and many other yummys available to accompany one of our many beverages both hot and cold on offer, the patisserie shelves positively sag with the amount of choice!
